    Support without signing in


    Looking for some assistance here from Microsoft support.

    My daughter has an XBox One console. She is currently getting very poor grades. Short of flagging any purchases made on my debit card, and creating a billing headache for both myself and Microsoft (not that they will miss it), is there a way for me to either
    suspend or cancel the account until such time as the little has improved her grades?

    Hoping to hear from someone today. Can't log in as I don't know her details.

    Waiting on xbox support to let me know right now. 17min wait. I was signed in most of the day without issue. My boyfriend's xbox one sitting in the same room signed in without issue.

    It's possible that your wife or one of your children needed an account signed in before they could play their game, and therefore signed into your account to play. There's nothing to worry about. :)
