Hello I recently received a code for the following. The Lego Batman 4k Uhd movie, however the code is not working dispite trying several times to redeem.

I reached out to Microsoft Support via Twitter, and they told me to contact their chat team so they could take a deeper look into the account and codes with me. They told me the code was valid, but couldn't assist any further and advised me to open a discussion
here at General Sales and Promotions.

Please note my account info was being changed from the USA to UK during the time I received the code. I'm not sure if this would effect the code from working, especially this is region locked content.

Any help would be appreciated.

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?
