    Support??? what does that mean when we do not get help


    Keep having problems (getting kicked out) when trying to claim the gifts from others that your game recommends (gifting) What good it is if we can not claim the gifts and have major issues trying to send as well. What does it take to get resolution?

    EXP points..?

    Does that mean al the EXP we earn from matches / commendations are lost? Or do we get them when the specialization are up?

    Greetings, Metrokitsune! Have you tried taking a look at this sticky for more information about managing payment methods:

    forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx     I would recommend double checking the criteria on that page and then go ahead and re-add PayPal. Let me know if that helps resolve the issue! :)

    Errors pointing to the core system KERNALBASE.dll are usually related to hardware issues, but for us to investigate, I would need some information, please reply:

    -Only the game Dark Souls 3 that has this problem? Or other games too?

    - Do any Microsoft Store or Xbox games have this error?

    -What are the technical specifications of your PC or Notebook? Please quote Memory RAM, video card, motherboard, SSD and/or HDD.

    Even if you answer all these questions, try the step below:

    1. Log in to your Steam account from the Steam client.

    2. Open your Steam Library. Click the Library tab. ...

    3. Right-click the appropriate game, and then click Properties. ...

    4. Click the Local Files tab.

    5. Click Verify integrity of game files. ...

    6. After the files are successfully validated, close the Properties window.

    Please, if the procedure does not work out, answer the questions above in detail so that I can understand and help you in the best way.
