    I have been trying to contact support in the UK for over a week and the callback service just does not work. I have tried entering my number in every format known to man it just displays the same useless error message every time. 'Something went wrong on our end. We’re working on it.'

    I though Microsoft were a tech company? Surely they can sort this problem out.

    I have initiated a return for an Xbox controller that lasted 3 months..and have been told I have been sent a returns label, but I haven't, so I cannot return it....very convenient for Microsoft but not so convenient for ME!

    So if any support agent in the UK sees this message get in contact via this thread. I won't hold my breath.........

    I see that there has been no attempt to answer my query regarding servicing my non-functional xbox, or the broken Microsoft webpages to request a service for said xbox. As I have been attempting to both request a service and receive a call back with no success for multiple weeks, I will assume Microsoft have no intention of honouring their end of the warranty agreement, and will be forced to pursue legal options via the consumer rights act in the UK. I would strongly recommend that microsoft either fix the issues with the Request a Call Back feature of the contact Us page, or simply add a directly reachable phone number, before more individuals run into the same problems that I have.

    Try calling xbox support for the uk they maybe be able to help better since you are in uk. unforulay i dont have that

    number to call the uk xbox support, but i do have xbox support 1800 4my xbox can probably help you better in this area.
