    Hello, My name is Fryhole and I've been a member from just about the very beginning. This morning I called Support to see if I could have an issue resolved. It seems I was automatically charged for a month of service for Xbox Music. It surprised me to see
    it show up on my bank account, because I thought I had already cancelled the service. If you look into my account you will see that I spend a LOT of money on my Xbox, Games, and the like. I called and "Mara" did in fact cancel the subscription that I thought
    I had already cancelled (and in all honesty used MAYBE twice). She gave me this reference number ([Mod Removed]) and told me that in order to seek a refund for the previous month charge for a service I DON'T use, I would have to post something
    into the forums, and basically pray for the XBOX Gods to shine down on me. PLEASE, complete my request. As I said, I spend a lot of money on Live and would like to have the money back to buy something that I actually will use.

    Known glitch > should fix itself > don't worry about it > gamerscore says 3565 where I'm sitting.

    Hello Support Team or to whoever it may concern,

    My name is and for the past year or so, my account has been fluctuating gamerscore, so I called Xbox Customer Support and the kind support provider directed me to post here. So my problem is this, my gamerscore has been fluctuating without my knowledge
    and one time it got reset to zero and I was labeled "Cheater". I completely accept responsibility to that because the service agreement I believe says i'm responsible for what happens to my account. But now it happened again, my account says I have 11235 Gamer
    Score but I havent played in the time that it fluctuated. I am asking a support person to reset my gamerscore or do something so that I am not responsible for my "glitchy" gamerscore or what ever is going on with it. I am not blaming Xbox Live for the fluctuations
    but I sure as heck am not doing it. I am just asking you guys to contact me via forums or email to fix this issue. I am trying to fix my account before I get banned for something I am not aware as to how to fix it. I am the only person that plays on my account
    and I am not a hacker nor do I know how to "hack". If someone can contact me via forums/email to help me out it would be HIGHLY appreciated.

    Unfortunately, on here we're a public community forum, so everyone can see what has been said.

    As such, we don't have access to your account at all.

    It appears Xbox Support have given you incorrect information - because, for any refunds, you need to go to Billing, which can be found here:
    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    From there, select Billing then Phone or Chat.

    hmmm, well i dont know how he had it all figured out but he said hes been pushing for it and he asked me to try and get it going around the forum so they would see that we though it was a good idea as well :) just figured id try helping the guy out.

    They were wrong to tell you to post here as the rep system is nothing to do with support.

    You can find out about the rep system & how it works
    here


    There is no set time period on how long it takes your rep to improve but it will take longer if you only play one game.

    Any report you file needs to be investigated first which takes time.Just because nothing has happened to these individuals yet doesn't mean nothing will happen.

    What if, instead of an alarm or vibration function, instead it just tases the person holding the control if it goes out of a 5 yard radius of the xbox, that way you know that your controller will always be within 5 yards of your xbox. Note, you may find
    it inside a puddle of drool but hey, there will always be a few bugs to work out before release.
