    Support ticket updates?


    How on earth do I track the progress of a support ticket, impossible to get a call back or anything useful on the virtual assistant. The support function is built around deflection messaging.

    No response to the email chaser sent to Jayson S in the support team.

    You would need to either chat with support or request a call back at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing those options, change your category/topic until
    you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.

    It depends on what support ticket you have sent. May I ask what specific support ticket is this? Is this a game support ticket, device support ticket, etc.?

    How do you fix when trying to link Xbox to Rockstar it says "Sorry, your linking window has expired. Please try again."

    I'm experiencing the same problem. I reached out to R* Support immediately and they said they would keep my ticket open for further investigation and would update me when they have it fixed. But last time I looked, my ticket was closed with no update. Not sure if they even care anymore
