Support ticket getting no response

I sent a contact ticket on 5/24 and have made multiple attempts to make contact through email and other trying to get a hold of the person who first discussed the matter with me. I have yet to get any form of response or help on the matter.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 (Disc Unrecognized)

I can try over and over again and eventually the game may run, but no textures load whatsoever. This is absurd that there has been no response. I've put in support tickets to both Microsoft and Activision but have't had any response.

Account Temporarily Blocked

I've made 3 tickets to the support, but all I'm getting is computer responses. My recovery options work, but the problem is that I couldn't remove the lock even if I tried. God M$ sucks at helping their customers.

If this was a Rewards program issue, you'll need to post information about your issue so support can assist.

Otherwise, you'll need to try contacting support again.

I went to retrieve the $50 visa gift for 2000 gems but after imputing the information it said i had redeemed 10000 microsoft points for 500 gems instead. I sent in a ticket to the rewards team within minutes and was told via email response that after investigating
the issue, the Microsoft Support Team is better handled on this matter. They in turn, after calling, told me they are unable to fix this issue and the rewards department would need to handle this. I was to reply to this email to fix this. I did explaining
the details and have not had any contact after multiple attempts.

Hello Magnus1987,

We see that you claimed 10,000 Credits from the Vault on May 24th, and 500 Gems were removed from your account. Since this is the prize that you claimed, it was the prize sent to your account. We cannot find a record of a VISA claim, or removal of 2000 Gems.

If a company does not have a descent support service and they are blatantly useless then I don't do business with that company.

Sony helpline, call and get answered fairly quickly.

Steam support chat based or ticket system, response within 2 hours.

EA (believe it or not lol) respond to tickets in 5 hours or less.

Epic same as EA.

Ubisoft 2 - 6 hour response time for tickets or email support.

Above goes for most other gaming companies I do business with.

UPDATE:

I have a ticket in, had one in before this post ticket is 1501198772. It was instantly dismissed and closed. I was told by another arm of support that I had to email the ticket response in order to get follow
on support. I did that, the support person (chat) told me they could see the response and that someone on the correct team would be in touch in 72 hours. I never got a response. So at 72 hours I responded again and replied to the email generated by the chat
support. The chat support person scolded me for contacting them as it's not their lane.

At this point I'm getting the run around from M$. Guess it's time to get the banks involved and anyone else I have to. Pretty pathetic how this company treats it's customers.
