    I understand that in order to receive my points, I must deactivate my account for 48 hours. After reactivating the account, I can request all my points be deposited back into the account.

    Is this accurate? If so, please respond so I can take the corrective actions.

    pretty much. one team got mad at me for defending B flag on nuketown staying behind the truck, did the exact same thing when i was on their team and they did not say a single word about it how ironic.

    I camp for all the dumb type rushers who run blindly around the map hoping someone runs into their sights. And that is about 80% of all rushers. And for those who play like me, I know where to look an so does my grenade launcher. And crossbow. lol

    Hello FindMeInTheSKY,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Deactivating your account will delete your Rewards account, causing you to lose your progress. While we will be able to recover any pending Credits from that account, all other progress will be lost. Creating a new Rewards Account
    has not been proven to resolve this issue, as it is a problem surrounding your payment account information. Therefore, we do not recommend deactivating your account.

    its not that your interested in your rank,if you get de-ranked it stops you playing multiplayer online altogether as your xp goes into negative millions.
