Support required for my Xbox 360 E 4 Gb

Hi,

Can anyone help me to resolve the issue faced during operating my Xbox, my Xbox start for few minutes, then turn Red & screen go blank, I have tried help on repair site & tried filling form for repair, but it is not supporting.

Need help.

Hi, have E console 4 gb, seem to find in stores only internal hard drive for SLiM, at Best Buy, 500 gb original XBOX 360 hDD, will this work?

Minimum of 8GB. Last I checked 'minimum' was the lowest bar you could set.

did you actually requested a repair and sent it in for repair?

Also I would advise try disconnect and reconnect the video cables, also try a different cable, to rule out that the cable is the problem/

Just to ask, how many red rings are there if it's an older console? If it's a slim, do you get a flashing red light or a solid red light?

All original Xbox games require a hard drive for use on the Xbox 360. The 4 GB drive in the console is actually a flash drive, and as such, it does not support backwards compatibility. You will need to purchase the 250 gb HDD to play the game.

The internal 4 GB is just a flash drive. You require an Official Xbox 360 HDD.
