    Hi, the latest update has caused my xbox one to not function properly. I have lost certain applications that I had pinned, I am unable to use my applications properly, I am unable to play Battlefield 4 properly, and my profile is constantly in an offline
    state.

    These are the applications that I use the most and currently have issues with: Internet Explorer (gone, but replaced with Edge), Twitch, and Youtube. Upon completion of the lastest update, I lost internet explorer and from my understanding, it was replaced
    by Edge. However, I am unable to surf properly as Tabs/pop-ups constantly appear. With Twitch, I am able to type words but I am unable to post my comments, also I am unable to use the backspace button. With Youtube, I have to restart my xbox and make sure
    it is the first application that I use because if I don't, it will ask me to sign in and stay stuck on the sign in. I have also lost the Upload application (not Upload Studio) and I am unable to find it in the marketplace. When playing Battlefield 4, my controller
    seems to not function properly. Ever 5 or 6 minutes, my controller will not respond to my commands which makes my character run straight towards the enemy.

    These are the steps I have taken to troubleshoot my known issues: I contacted a Microsoft representative via internet chat and followed her instructions/guidance. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Edge, Twitch, and Youtube several times but the problems
    still exist. Also, I cleared the history and checked the box to block pop-ups, but the problem still exist. I have placed my profile in an online status but it will revert back to an offline status once I exit the profile page. I changed
    my privacy settings to allow everything and unblock everything but the problem still exists. I have also cleared the Alternate MAC Address, pressed the xbox power button for 5 - 7 seconds, unplugged every cable from my xbox one to include to power cable, power
    cycled my modem and router, but the problem still exists.

    In addition, I have deleted and re-entered my profile three times, conducted a restore default/system restore and neither worked. Lastly, I called and spoke with another Microsoft representative and followed his instructions/guidance as well which
    were the same proceedures as directed by the previous Microsoft representative. Consequently, the problem still exists. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Also, if you're being harassed, you should file complaints and block communications with those people.

    If someone is sending you harassing messages over live then block communications with them & file a complaint via your console,you can even set comms to friends only,either way will stop the messages from that individual.

    As Danno said,you can change your tag whenever you want but you will have to pay,you will not get a free change.

    Whoever told you to post here to request a free change has given you the wrong imformation.

    I've been experiencing problems like this myself, I'm not sure if you have signed up for the new xbox experience through the preview program, and I even tried loading up the preview app to remove myself from the program but it says I must be a member to
    use that app. I'm not sure if you are involved in that, but if you are I would just wait it out until the next update
