    Support request status "Request cancelled"


    Hello,

    I made a support request for my gamepad.

    The old pad was received correctly, but on the status of my request, I can see :

    - Your order has been sent

    and just after

    - Your order has been cancelled.

    Is there a problem with it ? I still didn't received anything...

    Can you cancel digital pre-orders?

    Yes, but don't go through the live chat, you need to call customer service and request a cancellation of a digital pre-order.

    Ignored support requests

    Have posted request for support 3 times on the problem with power bingo rewards but the last ones of these are not even recorded on the Support forum page and all of them have had no reply - but then this is microsoft - enough said!!!!

    Hello when you say the status, has it already been mailed out? Have you already put a request in for repair? Was the controller showing as under warranty? Just a little confused because you said it recognized the serial then it didn't?!

    • If you have a question once your request is processed, reply to the decision email.

    Once they approve the refund, it can take 3-5 business days to get the refund, but that also varies depending on the bank.
