Support regarding my notice of enforcement message

Today I believe i was wrongly banned from Xbox live. I know previously I have sent some Xbox messages that were horrible and rude. But yesterday i may of got a little angry as i was being trolled, and called someone a hurtful name. I understand that it is
wrong and i also understand that i cant go away un-punished, but not only was i banned from making communication through Xbox live, but aslo banned from using multiplayer in any online game. I was surprised when i saw this, so i looked at why i was banned
and saw that i have been ' sending threats to other players in-game' therefore i cannot play online. I believe this is wrong and not once made a threat to someone. let alone during a game. I fully understand that swearing is banned and all, but i don't believe
that banning me from playing any multiplayer game for 2 weeks is right. I am truly sorry for this and i know that whatever i saw i cannot redo what i said or remove the ban, but i feel banning me from multiplayer games for something i didn't do is wrong (making
threats). I know I cant persuade you to un-ban me but I am trying really hard to cut down on the strong language and I promise to never say a hurtful thing again. I have learned my lesson. But i didn't at any point make a threat so banning me from all multiplayer
games is wrong.

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com That is the only way to contact the enforcement team.

Notice of enforcement

Ive felt this way for a very long time the reporting system is BROKEN. I feel like its just another scam system to generate more cash flow for micirost and does nothing to help the over all comunitty on XBOX LIVE. If I get another Notice of enforcement and
I feel as if I have done nothing wrong I will end my relationship on this gaming platform.

You can view your ban by logging in at
enforcement.xbox.com and from there file a case review if eligible. However if you admit that you were in the wrong then it is likely your ban will be upheld.

The enforcement team does not use the forums and there is no way to contact them regarding console bans. Once a console is banned, it is not unbanned. You would have to try returning it to where it was purchased and exchange it.

For future reference, you can check consoles at
http://enforcement.xbox.com instead of contacting support (who do not handle suspensions/bans).

the console check is only available for xbox 360 not for one model. I can't return console because it's a second hand. Not possible to contact any person who ban console. It's not normal. Microsoft Chat support ask me to wrote here a message for unban my
xbox one. I'm not a cheater... i have 42 years old i don't have time for that ! I want just a mail for enforcement support. Thx

I received a notice of enforcement today and have no idea why i play 1 fane in my xbox fallout 76 i dont mess with mods or modded accounts and you cant mod on console therefore glitches are on the developer games been out 3years fix them already
because i know i DO NOT GLITCH unless it happened mistakenly then i feel i have received the notice in error because as i said i pmay 1 gane 2days a week pointless for me to take any chances with my account when i only play 2days a week oyherwise i watch tv

You will need to log in to your Xbox account.

As long as you are following the Code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then even if someone reports you then you will not get a notice of enforcement.

Even if you mess up and send someone a message that is a violation of the code of conduct then your account is subject to an enforcement action if that message is reported.

Most enforcement actions do give you the choice of a case review when going to the enforcment teams website enforcement.xbox.com where the enforcement team will reinvestigate the case and decide if they can lift the suspension sooner.

The only way that the enforcement team can be reached is through the case review process. They do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor the chat rooms.
