If I had a deeper account issue, that is something that needs to be changed but isn’t yet, because it’s not a widespread problem but is something in place that doesn’t make sense, can I get this problem to someone that can make a change? Or at least consider it?

This is not a support issue. And the Support agents do not work on the software updates for the console. You should try asking Major Nelson on twitter about this sort of thing.

Squad members are absolutely awesome, far better than the Guard Dog. Only gripe with them is the fact that they keep running in front of my line of fire, I play KC on Hardcore and it winds me up. He'll even just sit in front of me sometimes pointing his
shield to the left or right of me, it's pretty funny but REALLY frustrating.
