Anyone experiencing disc error?

i would recommend contacting microsoft/xbox support and enquire your problem there.

 

Hey there i have a quick question is your ISP (Internet service provider) Time Warner if it is then go check this forum thread out.

It seems as if your connected to XBL using the Time Warner set your console will reboot odd right. I don't suggest posting there since it is a older thread and there is a lot of troubleshooting in there.

My console dont even turn on anymore...

i tried to send my console to repair, but when i type my social security number (which is from Brazil)

they say its "Id format is invalid." so i can’t go further in the repair process..

 

I don't recall having to ever enter a SSN when I got my 360 repaired back when the old white one was first out. It is asking for your consoles serial number.

i inserted the serial number already, after that, they requested my SNN, and say its invalid, see in the image below. (Ps. CPF means SNN in Brazil)

Maybe you are better off giving Microsoft a call and having them enter the warranty stuff in manually?

And hey Rob i'm sorry to hear about the bad luck with the repairs and the console refusing to turn on. Inudemon does provide a good point that you should call the phone number that best suits you and since your from Brazil (Assuming since you mentioned your
SSN is Brazil) i'd call 0800 891 9835. Good Luck.
