^ Does that for me too, also the Phone lines aren't working properly at the moment, sometimes it'll disconnect you and other times you wait for 10 mins and then it just drops.

a Callback<.
Once the page is filled out one of our Xbox Support Specialists will reach out.

Step one: Choose a Category (for this issue select Billing and Accounts)

Step two: Pick a Topic (for this issue select Charges on my account)

Step three: Below the Charges on my account box it will say Show Contact Options

Step four: Contact Us (select Request a Callback From Support)

I cant get through either and I am so mad I can't stand it... I tried the call back feature and I had no luck.. where did you send the email?
