Support Xbox One 'Option to hear chat through Headset or TV or Both.' - what do you think?

tired of wearing headset to hear chat? Would you like to hear chat through TV? If yes vote to support this option to be added to Xbox one

Need "in game chat" option back on xbox one!

Ok, on the 360 in the options for voice chat you have the option to either play chat through headset, tv, or both. having this option allowed us youtube and streamers to allow in game chat to be herd on our recordings...on the one its only one default option
if headset is plugged in and thats play chat through headset...all they need to do is add this same option to the xbone and we are set.

Headset Problems

Both my headset and Samsung headphones are experiencing the same problem. I could hear game audio for a month but now I can only hear party chat through the left side. I could hear both game and party through both sides of my headset and headphones before.
There isn't an option for a chat mixer.

The 360 allowed for voice chat to be played through headsets and tv both. Is that not an option on the One?

Not game audio, game chat.

In settings, Xbox has an option to make party chat output go through your headset, headset and TV, or TV.

but that's only for party chat. i've always wondered why xbox can't do the same for in-game chat too?

With in game chat, if your headset is plugged in; game chat automatically goes to the headset, with no option to have it output through TV.

really sucks when you can't wear headsets, you can't play socially outside of parties. (in party chat; i use my headset mic, but have their voice output through my TV. game chat has no option to do this, you must wear your headset to hear teammates)

When using headphones go to audio options as you can select between having audio through tv, through headset or both and most headsets dont mute audio from your tv. So make sure you mute tv volume if you dont want to hear your tv. For other troubleshooting
