Support not working controller elite

Hi I bought to Mediamarkt in October 2018 a Xbox elite controller. One week ago, the RT button is not working anymore in half pressure and the right stick is drifting up into every game...

I tried to contact the support, but everytime I want to add my serial number it says that the support is unavailable.

Can somebody help me on it?

Hi, if you purchased the controller a year ago the manufacture warranty wouldn't be applicable any longer. Support will likely tell you there's nothing they can do. If you bought an extended warranty through the retailer you would need to take it to them.

If you don't have that option there is not much else we can do.

but that's the issue, the support page isn't available anymore for xbox, I don't find any way to get in touch with somebody since 1 week...

Sorry about it, so you have to call an agent from the helpdesk > https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Explain that your serial number is out of warranty on the website but that you have a bill as proof of purchase.

Now the controller has 1 year warranty , hope the agent will make a little concession for your case...

apparently ios 13 does not and may never support the elite 2 controller specifically. most every other bluetooth controllers work but not the elite.

I recommend that you talk to customer support and say that you would like a full refund for the controller and mention that you have had four other xbox elite controllers break. Xbox elite controllers are known for breaking and at this point that is probably
your best option. The fact that you no longer have a warranty may be an issue, but most of the time customer support will be willing to work with you.
