    No response to my post from 24 days ago requesting about how to get lost jigsaw gold added back to account instead of showing a large negative amount.. When I tried online support, I was routed to xbox support, and was told that
    since I am playing on pc, I need to go to Windows support. Unfortunately, I've been unable to link to the correct windows support.

    major help needed. customer support not helpful

    i would like to clarify it does not crash when i load it to play a game. it crashes when it tries to load my friends list. i have tried reset. i have uninstalled it many times. run troubleshooter etc etc. Troubleshooter will either find nothing wrong or
    know that an app hangs/freezes and there are crash reports but i see no way of fixing it.

    playing sea of thieves on pc also cant find my friends (not using it through app) so does it have something to do with my microsoft services?

    Hi,

    Based on how you described your concern, it is possible that there is an issue with your profile that is why it is not connecting to the server to fetch your friends list data. To properly isolate the issue, please clarify the following information:

    • Did you sign up to Xbox Live Insider Preview?
    • Did the issue start after an update?
    • Are you able to check your friends list on
      Xbox.com
      ?
    • Does the same issue occur to a different profile on your PC?
    • Are you signed in to a Local account or a Microsoft account on your computer?

    In the meantime, we suggest that you follow the steps below to make sure that the Xbox Live Services are running or enabled on your PC:

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard and type Services in the search box.
    2. Once the Services window opens, scroll down and look for Xbox Live Auth Manager,
      Xbox Live Game Save, and Xbox Live Networking Service.
    3. You have to repeat the steps on each service. Right-click on each service and click
      Properties.
    4. Make sure that the Startup type is set to Automatic.
    5. If the Service status is stopped, click on Start.
    6. Click OK to save the settings.

    If the issue persists, clear the local Xbox identity data.

    1. Open File Explorer and paste the following into the address bar to go to a specific location on your computer:
    2. %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_cw5n1h2txyewy\AC\TokenBroker
    3. Delete any accounts and cache folders that you can see in this location.
    4. Launch the Xbox App and sign in to your account again.

    Sorry to hear about that. The problem you are having has been an issue the entire time with these controllers which is why I have refused to buy one.

    You'll need to buy a new one or see if there is a place locally that can repair it.

    and ms knows about the problems

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
