    Apologies for the inconvenience. There is currently an issue with some preview program members where new subscriptions are not correctly recorded. This was due to changes for those members in how subscriptions are stored in the database. We are working on
    getting this new subscription data correctly reflected. Unfortunately, we see that you are currently being affected by this issue, so currently you are being incorrectly listed as a non-Gold member. Regarding your Credits for April, we are delaying MyVIP for
    April until this issue is resolved, to ensure that you are rewarded at the Gold level. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this delay. However, we see that you have been Rewarded for your purchases in the past. You can review this from your

    I completed one of the rewards

    sometimes when i have an Microsoft rewards points issue i go through to support chat where they will ask you a few questions and point you in the right direction and i always get my points so speak to support and you should get this sorted
