Support not answering

What do I do when the support does not answer to my ticket? I have bought a device in May 2021 and had it replaced 3 times until October 2021 because it kept breaking over and over again.

Since October last year I have a service request that is "being escalated" and if I ask them whats up with it now, I get no reply.

I have to go through all the hassle to contact support via phone every time to get someone who has no Idea what the ticket is about. Then I get the info they'll look into it and send me an "update".

This "update" I get is "Its being escalated, please give us a litte time".

Now rinse repeat that for every 3 weeks since Oct. 2021 until now.

They have my money, I have no functioning device, no reply.

Someone has contacts of their law department here? I am sick of being screwed over.

Having reviewed the SRs from your call, it sounds like you've already visited
https://billing.microsoft.com to check your information there, correct? If not, please take a few minutes to do so now. As for the second card you tried, did you get the same error message trying to
use it, or a different one? Also, is that card with the same bank, or a different one? Lastly, if push came to shove, would you be able to use a prepaid card, as suggested by phone support?

Hi mister fitzer how are you! The reason i am so disappointed with the support team is because i already did all this options. i called my bank and they say the card was ok. then i tryed another credit card and this time i used a mastercard istead of a visa
card. i got the very same error, then i called the support team again and they told me that they dont know how to to solve my probem. i guess and this is just a suggestion, but microsoft needs to hire better technician here in brazi

Hey W1NGER, have you tried using a different credit card at all? Also, I suggest calling phone support back to let them know you contacted your bank to no avail.
