    Hello,

    I am wondering when the Microsoft support will be available back ? I raised a ticket about a remote which does not work and my ticket has been recorded ( SRX1512699992ID )but
    I got only one reply, asking me for a receipt etc... I did it but then I did not get any reply.

    I try to contact you by phone or by any other means but I can't.

    Is anyone know about what happened to the customer care services?

    already did this with microsoft support, did not work :(

    I was using microsoft edge, then had installed latest version of chrome. Daryl with Microsoft support said that the website was even unavailable on his end to become an Ambassador

    Still showing as unavailable for me. Was on the phone to Microsoft Support lat night to try to sort it. ****ing useless is too good a description for them. Sort it out for gods sake.
