Support Member Left/Ignored Chat

I came on today hoping to resolve a problem I have had with Fallout: New Vegas so I talked to a support member over the website however half way through the chat the agent just ignored my messages and did not reply. I waited nearly an hour and still did
not receive a reply I'm extremely annoyed as I have wasted about 2 hours of my time and still have not got my issue resolved. I have pictures to prove this as well.

Xbox Video - Missing Episodes

Between this issue and my last one (link above) left hanging, plus the others who have inquired for these episodes in particular, why am I feeling this is being ignored? I'm a gold member. I paid for the episodes. What is going on?

If it is a game play issue then they can't help you you need to chat with the publisher

If it is a download issue please post your account region

It was a DLC error not a game play problem we was fixing the problem then she just ignored me. I am not so worried about the fact of the DLC just the treatment and it would not let me post the pictures I will try again

You cannot post pictures to the forum. You would need to host the images elsewhere (OneDrive, Imgur, Flickr, etc) and post the link on the forums.

However, there is not a great deal we can do about this so you may want to consider sending a PM about this to a Forum Support Agent (identified with an S on the gamercard next to their post) and let them know what happened so that they could possibly escalate,
as opposed to posting your pictures to a public forum.

Does anyone know how to get a response from MS Support? They told me they would call me within 24 hours and left my support chat open. More than 24 hours later, I have had no call, and can get no response on that chat. If I try to raise another ticket, I cannot, it goes back to this now being ignored chat. I am very frustrated...
