    Support lost my defective controller? Please Help!


    Hello, I bought the covert forces controller back in June when it was released. My D-pad starting messing up so I posted here to see if anyone could help me. A xbox rep commented and directed me towards the right people to get a replacement set up. I was
    then told by a rep named Johnathan, who set me up with a pre paid label to ship the controller to Redmond WA. I shipped it out and it was delivered on the 1st of October. I then waited a few days and go no update. I then tried to contact Johnathan to ask about
    an update on the controller. He hasn't responded at all. I have tried contacting him 4 times so far and almost ten days after the controller was delivered, I still have no update. Can someone please help me, I don't wanna be *** out of close to $80 for a controller.
    I see it as either send me my replacement controller I was assured I would receive or refund my money completely.

    All Xbox repairs/replacements can take up to 28 working days to process, once your item has been received. If you set up the repair/replacement online, you can check the status here:

    Controller defective, please help

    Thanks for the reply. It says it is in warranty before I start the claim but after selecting the rubber grips as the problem and my address it just says there are no service options and to contact for more help. However when I request a call back it just says try again later. Any help resolving this is greatly appreciated.

    Hello Zyrith1221, When trying to request the control warranty, did the system provide you with any more information, such as the paid repair service, for example, or does it show that the control is completely out of warranty?
