This link provided is not support but a place for us to complain and beg other people who are in the same position as we are. Shame on Microsoft and Xbox. I use a Windows 10, another Microsoft flawed product, to join Xbox live gaming and I will be uninstalling
Microsoft Bingo and any other game by them that has any issues that are their fault. No help here and I am so sorry that all of the people here are having consistent problems, this is my first week on Microsoft Bingo (and last).

Microsoft/Xbox support aren't on the forums. You would need to go to the relevant support site for your country and follow the contact options. The forums are community based and the majority of people helping are fellow gamers, with some XBF Staff, who
again could not process a refund. All we can do is point you in the direction of support and links to support articles, which have already been posted by fellow Ambassadors.
