Discus and support Support is useless in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Can someone tell me why Xbox Live support even exists?     Any form of support through us (phones, chat, forums, Twitter, Reddit) cannot assist with any Enforcement actions taken against accounts and consoles. Console bans are not currently available for

    Case Review
    , however submitting one for a regular suspension would provide information for any other suspensions on the account/console.

    Because we cannot speculate on any Enforcement actions here on our forums, this thread will be locked. I suggest that you check out our Forum Guidelines linked in your post (and at the bottom of my post) for bypassing our word filter, and the

    i was in 5 different support rooms cuz since my ban a week ago i havent been able to use party chat or use messages. Spent 3 hours on one of them. Two hours on the next . And then yesterday i get told my consoles banned for cummunicarion till june. You guys
    are completely god damn useless. It took 5 chatrooms to find i have a ban. And all i got banned for was saying

  7. If you must know, I'm on this silver account because in the last six days 3 of my gold accounts have been suspended for no apparent reason. I call support and they tell me I have to post on the forum (which I've done in the correct forum.) to talk to the
    Enforcement team. First off, it's absolutely ridiculous that in this day and age I HAVE to post in a forum and can't speak directly on the phone with someone that can help me. Second, the fact that if you are suspended you can't even use the forums and have
    to make a separate account to do that is outright stupid. Who the hell thought of those bright ideas? These aren't difficult issues to solve. They really aren't. So now I've been waiting a few days to hear a response from this "enforcement team", so I can
    hopefully resolve this issue. Tell me what I'm doing wrong here, please.

  9. No one here are support techs, we are normal users that can usually help.

    Support and enforcement are two completely different departments, and posting on their thread is the only way to get a response as there is no appealing a ban.

    You will have got an email telling you the reason for the ban, they will not tell you any more than that.

    Having 3 accounts banned in a week means you are clearly doing something wrong.

    Why have 3 gold accounts anyway??

    Seeing as you have 3 of the most modded games on xbox live as you 3 most recent games, on this account, i would start there.

    I had 3 gold accounts because they were getting banned one by one for unknown reasons and I was forced to keep making accounts so I could use the forum. See what I'm getting at? I make a new account and the next day it's suspended. What's wrong with that
    picture?

    And the fact that my last 3 games are extremely modded, doesn't actually say anything about me, as I have played COD for the entirety of my Xbox Live "career". I guess if support makes assumptions like you seem to, they never will help anyone.

  11. Yes i saw you "techs" comment, my point was we are not "techs" here, we are regular users.

    If it was any other kind of problem we could probably help more than support usually do.

    You do not need gold to post on the forums.

    Yes you need a new account to post on the forums after being banned, but it doesn`t need gold.

    You do not get banned for nothing, you are doing something wrong.

    Highlighting your game choices was the only obvious thing i could point to as i have no information on the banned tags, just what i can see here.

    3 seperate Xbox Live accounts and all of them banned or suspended? Ive been playing on Xbox Live with the same account for almost 8 years and never once was I suspended.

    Theowenkiller brought your recent game history in to question because those games aren't supported by their developers anymore and modded lobbies are often played in. Playing in these lobbies is against the code of conduct and is a punishable offense.

    that is the answer

    if you have to create an new account thats it you need to create an new account

    remeber though things do change but it depends on the issue

    if you are expecting free repairs no not going to happen

    we send you to xbox support for requesting a repair order that is a verified and the only solution

    if you are expecting free downloads because you don't live in an xbox live supported country nope international laws say otherwise
