Support is useless. It’s run by bots not humans.

I’m literally tired of support page constantly repeating the same instructions over and over again. Where’s the number?? Where can I talk to an actual human being instead of a virtual agent?? Virtual agents are pointless and limited to use.

Here’s my issue (no thanks to useless support); my account was suspended on June 13th due to a “Inappropriate gamerpic”. It wasn’t even inappropriate! I’ve followed guidelines and rules for years and now this is a dumb excuse for something I didn’t do.

In conclusion, support should have a more in-depth understanding to solve issue like this.

Support doesn't handle enforcement issues so calling them wouldn't get you anywhere. Only the enforcement team handles suspensions and the only way to contact them is by submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

I’ve already tried submitting cases in enforcement, all of them were denied.

Utterly Disgusted

No. The issue is microsoft's awful platform. This is a known issue that can be found on many forums around the internet as well on the reviews for Microsoft's supposed "service". Full reinstalls of windows did not fix their issues and it will not fix mine. Wiping all my data for a reinstall is insane. You are either a bot or a human acting like a bot and providing equally useless suggestions.

Is there no way to get a human reviewer ? They have bots banning accounts and bots doing the appeals... YouTube has human reviewers, Xbox is 1/50th the size of YouTube, how hard is it to employee some human reviewers?
