SUPPORT IS USELESS I NEED MY ACCOUNT ASAP

My xbox account Gamertag: [Mod Removed – Personal Information]. has been compromised 3 WEEKS AGO I've been contacting support but they gave an additional details needed email but i did it all BUT NOTHING HAPPENED I NEED MY ACCOUNT ASAP

I need support ASAP

So I have a bad issue with my console. Basically when I load my Xbox up everything is fine, then after a minute or so, everything freezes up and I can’t do absolutely anything. I’ve tried to hard reset my console multiple times but that hasn’t worked.

 

I need support help asap!

You do.realize it's not real.cash right it's only for ingamw money and you can never cash it out

If issue is persisting, where the account can't be recovered. I highly recommend checking up on your account status with

Live Support, since here in the forums we don't have the tools that would help with the account recovery.

It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select no thanks, pick the category(Account)
and just pick a contact method (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

 

I've done eveeyevery possible but the account recovery form wont work it already tells me to make a new account and ms support told me the additional steps and i did them THREE WEEKS AGO

Thanks for the quick reply. I understand that you've done solutions to recover the account. The thing here is we can't do anything further here within the forums, It honestly all goes back to Live Support since we don't have the tools they have to assist
with this.

If you were asked to do something from Live Support and have done it, that means you have a case. This means you can contact Support through a callback or chat either way they can check the status of it. Also, since its a compromised account it does take
time to fully processes the recovery of the account.

Like I mentioned above the best thing to here is to contact
Live Support to check the status of your account recovery.
