    Hello I have buyed Gears of War 4 Standard Edition on October 13th and I still haven't received my codes yet, even though it was stated that I would receive them within a month. Also, I have contacted an Microsoft support online and they've stated that it
    was best to have them on the Gears of War forums by saying my gamertag and the day I've buyed the game (Gears of War 4), but it was advised there that it was the Xbox Live the true responsible to this. So I'm here to call support to this problem and have my
    codes.

    Gears 4 Legacy promotion

    Good day friend. For Christmas I received a copy of Gears of War 4. It was supposed to come with codes for the legacy games, as advertised here https://www.gamestop.com/xbox-one/games/gears-of-war-4/129006
    below the reviews. I looked forward to playing the legacy games first but did not receive a physical code from Gamestop or digital from Xbox live. Anyway I can have help acquiring the codes?

    Cant redeem Gears of War 1 code from Gears of War 4 promo

    I received 4 codes for the legacy Gears of War titles as a promotion for purchasing Gwars of War 4. I was able to redeem 3 of the codes fine but the Gears of War 1 code says it is not valid. Thank you in advance for the support.

    Thanks for the link. Regarding your Gears of War legacy collection. Once you redeem the code for Gears of War 4 that came with your console, that will trigger the system to put you in queue to receive your codes for the legacy collection. The physical copy
    of Fallout 4, however, is something we do not have any further information on and that would be up to GameStop to fulfill.

    Hopefully that helps clarify a bit. :)

    Thanks for your time and help, I’ve reached out to them and they sent me an email saying they are unable to provide support for the legacy games, Gears of war 1-3. Is there anything else you can possibly help with my issue ?

    well two things first

    No edition of gears of war ever came with prepaid codes with the legacy games

    They were only distributed via system MSG if you qualified

    If there was a retail game with them you have to contact the seller

    I've have been waiting as well, I bought mine from the MS online store. I bought the 1 TB version but still have not received the codes for the legacy collection.

    I also redeemed the code for the Gears of War 4 game.
