Discus and support Support forum seems to be down. I can't get a response in any posts in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have reported multiple issues, but haven't gotten any response.     Support forum seems to be down. I can't get a response in any posts


    I have reported multiple issues, but haven't gotten any response. Is the system down? are you abandoning the Windows Phone platform?

    Quantum Break Refund!

    How hard is it to just send codes out? This is embarrassing for Microsoft. I've tried xbox support, the chat support, calling, and now this forum and I can't seem to get a proper response.

    Hey there jrewing. There's nothing wrong with the forums, but the Mobile Devices section is not the most highly-trafficked. I answered the other query in the other thread.

    I didn't really have a choice but to post the order number. because the affected account can't log on to the forum (for which Microsoft's chat supports suggestion is, as usual, to post a message on the forum!) this seemed like the only way to possibly get
    a decision maker to look at my account, which has a serious deep down problem that the support chat bods can't fix.
