    So I bought MW2 last week and still haven’t been able to play it. Every-time I load up I get a waiting screen or the console tells me I gotta rebuy the game. After completing the campaign and getting bored of playing bots waiting for Microsoft to fix itself. I called the support, I was on with support for 30 minutes of them telling me to do the most obvious of things. I first removed my account after that didn’t work I had to completely factory reset my console except games and apps. Deleting all my brothers and cousins accounts my clips not on the cloud resetting completely everything but leaving my games downloaded. After that I was pretty angry but I’ve already gone this far the guy tells me to restart my console re-download the game all this stuff everyone who is in this situation would’ve thought to do off the rip. Then asked me to rebuy the game I explained just refund me and i’ll buy it with my refund into my account wallet, he said I have to buy it before he can do that which makes no sense so now I'm back to square one with a empty xbox waiting for Microsoft to fix there problem but it doesn’t seem like it will happen soon as they have lemons working for them. Sorry for the bad punctuation and grammar I typed this fresh off the phone with the lemon company.

    For your concern you may try to do this step and see if it works.

    • Sign-in to your account at Microsoft Account | Manage Your Payments and make sure that all of your payment methods are up to date and check that the order for COD: MWII went through in your order history.
    • If your order did not go through, place a new order for the edition you wish to purchase.
    • If your order did go through, utilize Contact us | Xbox Support for additional support. Please be aware of possible higher than normal wait times.

    If I buy an Xbox game on the PC Xbox page, will I be able to play and install that game on my Xbox?

    If you're buying through the website, most of the games are for the console. If you're buying through the Microsoft Store app, you'd need to check the game's description to see if the game supports Play Anywhere. Play Anywhere allows you to buy a game for Xbox or PC and play on both without having to purchase it twice.

    It's a different platform. You'll have to buy it for PS4 if you want to play it on PS4.
