    Hundreds of people have been having the same problem signing in for at least a week and absolutely nothing has been done to fix it.

    Not even the courtesy of a response from the support people.

    This did not work for me. I have spent nearly an hour on hold for Microsoft Support UK. The support is a disaster.

    Seriously a big disaster. And their lack of support for this issue, even worse of a disaster. To even get me started on their lack of communication, it would just be a train wreck of a disaster.

    Any of you guys get any promises of compensation for lost time?

    It means a lot when she is trying to say crap like she is supporting American companies. That's right. Nothing is made in America and a Chinese earth quake could cripple Microsofts factories as well. The original quote was about America being prepared for
    natural disasters yet unlike Japan, American companies rarely make their own products.
