Support for other regions?

Hey guys.

We have been waiting since Live TV became supported for us to be able to use it in New Zealand. The uservoice requests that get lodged are ignored, I lodged one that was merged with someone elses, no comments or notifications from staff to say they were doing
this, no comments from staff to say its being looked into.

Its insane! Australia has live TV support, why not New Zealand? I dont want to change my region to get live TV support because it cant be configured as the provider settings will not display my provider thus making the guide not work at all.

There is a big MS office building in Auckland, what do they do all day in there? Why does no one care about other regions? I pay my gold subscription and expect to get the same service that other gold subscribers get.

The lack of support for the country that was the first country to have the xbox one is a joke! We are not a third world country!

I wish someone can just acknowledge at the very least, that our voice is heard and that TV support is being looked into, with a possible ETA for when to expect it.

Other country support numbers

If you use the above link, provided by iPro, without the en-US at all it gives you the page specific to your region.

ie the link becomes
support.xbox.com/contact-us and when you click it you get redirected to your region's page.

Then at the bottom choose to get in touch with Microsoft Support, and you can pick 'request a Call' and they will call you instead. It'll save you spending unnecessary time on hold.

 

Support for countries other than the US?

You probably should of waited and stuck with the 360....xbox one requires patience.

Shows that Live TV via HDMI is supported, but it isnt as you cannot select a provider to allow full functionality of the Live TV such as channel guide.

 

Seriously, no staff on here to assist? I even sent a PM to Mister Fizzle, which seems to have been overlooked. Can a member of staff please get our request forwarded to someone who can look into giving us a basic feature and keep us informed on it?
