    Support for Console in Malaysia


    Greetings!

    Recently i purchased XBO CoD Advanced Warfare Console. Since purchasing, the console will abruptly switch off by itself and this happens unexpectedly (when updating, installing, browsing, you name it). The console is in an air conditioned room and there
    is no over heating problem message upon switching back on.

    I have tried numerous steps in the troubleshooting section like power cycling several times, resetting the adapter, resetting the console, etc and still facing the same problem. The last method is to send in for service.

    1) Now, is there a service center that i can send to in Malaysia?

    2) If there are none, where is the nearest to Malaysia that i can send the console for repair?

    3) What is the method preferred for shipping to a service center?

    4) For the power adapter, can i buy an Asian power adapter (220-240v) to replace the stock 110v adapter that came with the bundle?

    When will Xbox one be supported in Malaysia?

    Yes, Microsoft please bring Xbox One support to Malaysia. I am a user considering PS4 or Xbox One. If Xbox One support is available in Malaysia, I definitely will not go for the PS4.

    Hi, I am thinking to buy a Xbox one X very soon, but I herd from some of my friend that said, xbox multiplayer and some of the game might not support in Malaysia.

    So, I am wondering that will Xbox multiplayer and games been support in Malaysia.

    You cant

    One malaysia is not a xbox live supported country

    You would have to join either the ID@ https://www.xbox.com/en-CA/developers or join a development team

    You can receive payments but you wouldnt be able to publish in the malaysia marketplace as it doesnt exist

    Government regulations and taxation play into the availability of games and online services

    Since no console support malaysia yet you are going to.have to.talk to.your commerce agency

    I'm sorry, but based on the information I found on the support page, it's not possible to purchase the game pass for the console in Malaysia, only for PC. So, you could only play locally with the Xbox. As for the titles, those can always vary from country to country.

    If consoles are not sold officially, neither are Xbox services.
