    When trying to get to support chat i log in choose live chat and my name fields are gray and wont let me add my name which means chat will not work.

    Any ideas?

    Actually I have noticed that this happens with accounts that are set in regions not reached by xbox live service yet. If you are having this issue probably your country is not part of the list in the link below:

    in my MS profile it shows the first name and the last name. But in the chat window when I want to enter sujbect to let me chat with the support team, I can not submit as it is not showing last name and neither does it let me enter, since it is an out field
    which is disabled for entry.
