Support Chat down?

am i the only one facing this issue or is it common? When I try to open a chat, it doesn't let me text back the agent. i tried with different devices, different browsers, I still have the same issue. It doesn't let me chat with the agent and it still says "connecting you to an agent" when im already connected to one.

Yes, there are problems with chat support. There is a notification on the support page about this

If you would like to reach out to Xbox Support, please try using the request call back option. For this option to appear, you may need to play around with the different support options available when completing the contact-us form. You should be able to see request call back at the bottom.

Sometimes, depending on the specific issue that you're experiencing Live Chat will not be available. If you're being told to contact customer service via the phone number directly, please do so. You can find your country/region's phone number
here (this is taken from whatever region your LIVE account is registered to).

Ambassador chat shut down years ago. You should know this. There is an official support chat.
