    I've made about a dozen requset that end up with you guys need more information before you connect me to an specalist. You ask me to sight in again and EVERY time I do it just buffers "waiting for an specalist. The exact same think everyday until it goes offline at 6 pm.

    There is also no possible way to contact any other dep in any of the hundred other apartments for my refund.

    No that'd be insane.

    It's almost impossible to ever reach an specalist about this sense if you go throught the proper form it says f**k off do it it yourself in the community help section.

    Can I please get any help before you refuse it after 90 days? Because that is def what you are stalling for, to when say nope it's been more

    That means your account is broken, you'll need to talk to chat or phone support and have them fix it, will probably requires escalation and a wait.
