    Support can't help me unless I have access to an IE browser time to buy a PS4


    I need a reason not to join the rest of the world and by a new PS4 for the holidays.

    Error 831188FE occurs when signing in to Xbox Live on Xbox 360
    I have been trying all morning to play a game Dead or Alive Ultimate and the best answer I got was you need to login into an IE browser or we can't help you.

    I have gone to MS Support and they can't help either unless I buy some support thing. What a bunch of bull. They know the problem is in my registry but won't help unless I pay. Now what??

    trying to actually speak/get in touch with any type of xbox support is impossible so do not buy stick with ps4 and there excellant support

    i find it a joke that we cant get in touch ie by contact number or online support my playstation 4 is brillant online in battle field 4 but x box one is so lame and i cant find anyone in support to help me ie i am a premuim battlefield 4 player and it never
    allows me on line even do i have fiber broadband and b4 u say its my connection my ps4 is brillant on line think i have to trade it in for a second p.s 4 please do not buy any x box products as u get no support

    It plays on the iPad, which doesn't have flash, so I'm not sure why it doesn't play on MotoGP, unless it's not properly detecting the device. Is everyone using IE to access? I may try downloading another browser and see if it helps.

    have you tried a different browseer and clearing browser cache

    firefox or IE is recommended

    you will have to contact support to see if there is an outstanding balance

    unless you are on prepaid membership cards then you dont have to worry about outstanding balances
