    December 25, bought the Xbox one s console, to replace the obsolete console. After the expiry of 14 warranty days (December 30), the console simply turned off and just OFF. I signed up with technical support in Europe to quickly solve this problem, it turned
    out that the problem in the power supply and the console will change. I was created an application [Mod Removed] and told to wait, within two days I will receive the UPS sending form.Well, I waited until the second of January. Forms and was not. I decided
    to call to know in what state my application was, I was told that it is not closed yet. they have holidays on the UPS and they will be released only on the third of January.[Mod Removed]

    Good. Today is the fourth of January, I signed up with tech support about the fact that Forms are not. To which they replied "The application was closed, the Form was sent to you by mail", I replied "I did not receive it" (after checking the mail
    in the Inbox and Spam).On what I was given a "recommendation" - "now it takes 24 hours to cancel your application, after that we will renew your application and you will receive this form". [Mod Removed]

    To summarize, I need to wait until the fourth of January, then on the fifth of January to activate my application for a new, th and then after all the weekend of the sixth and seventh of January and the UPS will not work. In the end the deadline for my answer
    will already be already the 8th number, and that is not a fact.

    In this situation, I already regret that I sold the old console and took a new one. the old one worked for two years, and the new one worked only for 2 weeks and now almost a week I receive the Blank for its sending to the Service Center.

    Want download my gamertag to console

    Xbox directed me to change my gamertag lastnight during a game and kicked me out. So i changed my gamertag as directed and then insturcted me to redownload my new gamertag. so i tried doing that and it would download 1/3 of it and stop and say sorry xbox
    live profiles cant be downloaded at this time please try again later with a code 80151006. Xbox customer support doesnt have an ideal to what to do

    Posting reference numbers is not allowed on the forums.They are for phone/chat support only.

    There is nothing anyone here can do.You will have to book another repair with support.

    Not sure what you mean by 14 day warranty.The warranty on your console is 12 months & if your console failed after just 5 days you should return it to where you bought it from & they have to either give you a refund or a replacement

    Sorry you are experiencing issues. I having had some know how frusterating it can be. In order for mysaelf and staff to try to help you better. I have a few questions.

    1) Are you part of the Xbox live beta program?

    2) have you tried to review your account via account live?
