Support cannot find my account.

Hey there.

So, today I was chating with Zoey in Microsoft Support about my gamertag tenure no longer being displayed on Xbox One. That´s problem number one.

But when I gave my Live ID and my gamertag, Zoey said that she could not find either one on the system. After that, the chat dropped.

Well, I´m pretty sure I spelled my gamertag and e-mail correctly, so what´s going on here? Can anyone from support help?

i also posted one of these before but I can't find it, the search bar doesn't find anything and my question for some reason isn't linked to my account, so if support already answered my question, I apologize but I cannot reach the post

 

Game Sharing Troubleshoot

Have you tried clearing the cache? Basically you unplug the console from the brick and wait till the white light turns orange. This sounds very strange because apart from some specific issues with early launch titles this shouldn't be happening at all if it was set up correctly as you said. If you cannot find any help online then I would call the Support line ASAP. They are actually very helpful and you usually don't have to wait on the phone very long.

I'm sure you've tried this already... but log out of the account, sign back in. Can you try singing in to your friends account? It's noble that you want to try every outlet before calling Support but it looks inevitable if you have already exhausted these options

Sorry but there's nothing anyone here can do to help you out. Odds are the support agent misspelled the tag when you gave it to them. You should try again or send a message to @xboxsupport on Twitter.
