support cancelled my Halo Wars 2 ultimate preoder. I can re-order but worried i won't code in ...

i was considering cancelling my preorder since the code for halo wars hadn't been sent to me(I had already waited 4 days). When i was in chat, the agent asked i wanted to cancel and i said i just wanted clarify when i'd get the code. but they processed the
cancellation anyways and told me the 7-10 day wait period for the code would restart when i preorder. I'm happy to re-order and i know i want halo wars 2, but I don't think Ill play the definitive edition if i don't get it until after HW2 comes out. Is there
any way to ensure i get the code in the next day or so since preorders get access on the 2/17?

it's 7- 10 businesses days fyi before you get the halo wars code after the preorder you are jumping the gun abit

Rememeber it's also handed out in waves

Since we just had the weekend sat and Sunday don't count

I understand the 7-10 days, but they cancelled my order altogether and told me i had to reorder it (which now i've done) which inherently eliminates any chance of getting HWDE before HW2 comes out, so I was hoping someone could help me out there to get close
to where i was on the list before my cancellation so i could get a playthrough before HW2
