    Hi guys,

    I've called support three times this morning and every time I'm told I'm going to be transferred they drop the call.

    I can't request anymore callbacks as there is a limit on that.

    My query is simple. I'm trying to sign up for a developer account and every time when I pick my region (Ireland) it comes up as invalid region or country. This doesn't make sense as I am in Ireland and my account is registered as Ireland. I have an active Game Pass sub with this account which I just renewed recently so I can't see what the issue is. I don't have a VPN turned on and I've tried Chrome, Safari and Edge browsers and get the same error message every time. I've tried incognito browser windows and I've tried using Edge on the Xbox also.

    Can you please advise?

    If you are trying to sign up as a developer for Xbox, and register for the ID@Xbox program, you will want to reach out to the program via id@xbox.com

    Alternatively, if you are having issues with Microsoft Partner network, please contact their support here: Help + support - Partner Center (microsoft.com)

    You will need to sign into your account you used to register on the partner network. If I have not given you the right contact links, please can you tell me what platform you are wanting to publish games to, and I can see what support service you will need to reach out to.

    it states when signing up to the gamepass ultimate that any current gold time would be converted to ultimate, as you have cancelled it cancelled the lot, you would need to call support who should be able to help you out with this.

    You need to call support to cancel the auto renewal. It's all in the terms you agree to when you sign up.
