Support ban vocal

Bonjour je suis un joueur de rainbow six siège, actuellement je suis ban temporairement sur tout ce qui est communication de ma Xbox one.

Ne comprenant pas la raison de ce ban je me tourne vers vous.

Je sais que les insultes et certains propos sont passibles de ban mais dans mon cas je ne savais pas que dans la charte le mot "noob" que j'emploie avec mes amis était compris dans celle-ci.

Je me tourne vers vous aussi pour la durée de cette sanction 15 jours.

J'aimerais savoir s'il était possible d'annuler cette sanction ou si possible de la réduire fortement car je tiens ma réputation sur enforcement.

Je me considère quand même comme un bon joueur dans tout les sens du terme.

Permanent Vocal Ban ?

Since no one in any hotline could give me any informations, about why I can't talk with my friends on Xbox Live, I'm posting here, desperate...

I've been banned 24 hours from vocal communications. After an altercation with another player.

After that, I've been able to talk with no problems...

However, and without any reason, or any message from Microsoft

It appears that I can talk to anybody on Mic, as if all my vocal functionalities were disabled.

When the guys from the hotlines look to my profile, they say there is NO reason that I can't talk with my friends.

They say that I've actually been banned 2 or 3 months ago, for 24hours

As I've been. But 1 week after that, no sound would come out of my mic.

I'm not the only one in that case, and for a service we all pay for, I would like someone to take care of those cases, not a guy from a hotline saying "I can't do anything about it, I don't know what's going on, call this number :

Number called, the other guys would say, contact the hotline, they are in charge of this" etc etc

So you call the number the 2nd person gave you, to fall back exactly on the same person that you've had 20mins earlier, saying the same thing.

Getting really tired of that loop, discharging themselves, without giving you any piece of good advice, other than clean your Xbox, which would do nothing as I told him, but even after doing it, just in case, surprise, didn't worked !

Do something... At least tell why people are permanently banned.

And this is not about time, since I'm waiting for this to get back to normal since more than 2 months ! Even Skype isn't working.

So I'd like Enforcement team to at least, check on what's going on, or why, and fix this.

We do pay for a service that's not working, maybe it's a bug or something, but don't do anything about it, please.
