Support and Having Xbox Serviced

Had my xbox serviced and the shipping was seamless and got to the service facility in Texas quickly. The status updates on progress is also really good but why do I get no details as to what was done to service my xbox? I get the status it arrived, was
serviced and then being shipped back to me. What was the issue? How was it resolved? This kind of information would be helpful because If I am having the same issues, I will be sending it right back to the service center.

Strange cricket-like sound from my Console.

I think you need to contact support and start a claim number...

Sorry to hear it. Support does not provide details on servicing issues. More than likely they received your console and sent you a refurbished model to ensure you got it back quickly. If you are experiencing similar issues to the reason you sent it in

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on repair. You can go to

device support. Here you can register console, check warranty and set up a repair. If it is an original Xbox one it will not be available for repair if out of warranty.

These forums are not read by MS employees..

If you're due a refund for something then you should contact support via phone or chat.

If you're being harassed then file a report and block communications via the console.

You do not get MS reward points deposited to your account until you've earned at least 100 points. After that they should be deposited within a month or so.
