    Hi my name is Pavan, and I have upgraded from xbox 360 to xbox one. I have waited the time and still haven't gotten my $75, I contacted someone they said to wait 24 hours. I waited almost a week now and still haven't gotten it. I got my xbox one July 25th,

    That offer was only for people who received it on the dashboard of their Xbox 360 console. If you did not receive the offer then you are not eligible for the credit.
