    Looks like the power supply has blown

    That would be good advice for someone with an OG Xbox One, but he has an Xbox One S which has an internal power supply.

    Hi

    I believe the Xbox One S internal power supply is multi voltage if you check the serial number label on the back of the console just above the barcode you should be able to confirm this on your console. All you should need to get is a new power cable.

    I think there's a little switch somewhere on the back you need to change to change the voltage

    It's an Xbox One S and the cable is blowing? S has an internal power supply and uses a standard figure 8 generic cable. You mean original Xbox a one?

    If it's the S it will have to be sent in for repair, the one you would need to get a new power supply for on the aftermarket

    The Xbox One S does not require a power supply, or power brick, the power supply for the Xbox One S is on the inside. It seems like what you need is just a new cord. Am I right or did I misunderstand?

    If you have an Xbox One S or X you need a power converter from US supply (110V) to UK supply (220-240V)
    The S and X are multi voltage, so all you actually need is a plug adaptor, or new cable. If it is the Original Xbox One, you will need a new external power supply as stated

    You do not need a power converter.

    Do you have a Xbox One with external power supply or an Xbox One S or X with internal power supply?

    I say that because in the first case you can try another power supply (ask to a friend if possible) to see if this fix the problem.
