    Do you mind clarifying what you mean by cooler? It's not recommended to place any devise or objects near the ventilation areas of the console, if anything blocks their way, the console could over heat and shut down. If that persists, the console could be
    damaged over time.

    Ola amigo, um amigo meu estava com um problema parecido toda vez que ele ligava o Xbox One X , dava uma tela preta e depois o console reiniciava , ele entrou em contato com o suport e relatou o problema , o suporte disse que poderia ter sido a solda do
    processador que se soltou devido ao super aquecimento quando o console fica no modo economico baixando jogos que tinha um lote com esse problema, espero que nao seja o seu caso, mas tente entrar em contaro com o suporte e ve o que eles tem a dizer.
