    TV Shows gone from collection

    I have this error too. spent about an hour with chat, they don't seem to know about it or how to fix it. I am also having the issue with season 9 of supernatural, the latest episode was added 11/12/13 and still doesn't work.

    Are you 100% sure there are 24 episodes? The reason I asked is sometimes seasons are shorter than we might realize. If it definitely is missing episodes please reach out to customer support directly.
