Thanks for the reply. I recommend you try preforming a soft factory reset on the console.

How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One. Make sure you try the "Keep My Games & Apps" option the first time you try it. If it still is giving you issues after trying that option you may want to consider the "Remove Everything" type of
Factory Reset.

Note: You will need your Microsoft Account Primary Email address and Password in order to recover any accounts back onto the console after any reset.
