Superhub 2: Losing wifi connection and my game tag

My wifi connection on my xbox has stopped connecting to my wifi i have been having these issue for nearly a month, at first my xbox started by kicking me out cutting of my internet connection recently it has got to a point it has stopped working.I
have restarted my xbox now I can't log in to my gametag meaning I can't play my previous saved games or use my dlc . My xbox has adviced me to log in to xbox.com and change my m.a.c which is S8-82-A8-1E-CO-63
