    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with content displaying correctly on the Home screen of your console.

    This is likely due to a connection issue, and in order for these to display accurately, you will need to verify your connection to the Xbox Live servers. I would recommend that you test your Multiplayer connection on your console to see if you encounter
    any problems.

    If you encounter any error codes, I would recommend taking a look at the
    Xbox One Multiplayer Connection Error Solution
    wizard to see if this helps resolve this.

    I did some of my own investigating.

    Just to clarify that only one toslink is required (Xbox One to Home Theatre). As cable box audio is coming in through HDMI.

    My post was quoted before editing. I use 2 toslink now but I forgot for a moment that the Xbox One will be doing TV.

    I still can't get used to the idea but it should be awesome if it works the way they say it will.

    Xbox one disconnects from live every 5-10mins

    Sorry I can't help you fix it but, I can confirm that as another user of the (not so) Superhub, this happens to us at least 3 times a day. It is possibly the built in firewall not handling the xbox one's traffic correctly and blocking the connection.

    And deleting this and doing that isn't gonna do anygood! My Xbox is BRAND new with nothing on it for one and 2 if it says they can't be downloaded at the moment obviously it's lives problem not mine! If I can't get it to download by today I'm going back

    Frequent disconnections from xbox live games and parties

    after some research the super hub 2 doesn't like the wireless xbox one, the only fix is going to advanced settings in your superhub and change the wireless radio down to Upto 54mbps. seems to have worked for me but the annoying thing is I should be getting
    150mbps but with that setting only getting 20mbps. think I will be ring Virgin tomorrow to see if I can get the old superhub back.
